I recently bought a whole foods cookbook. The recipes are simple & healthy using no processed or artificial ingredients. But they seem to lack flavor. For example; the stir fry recipe calls for Garlic, which is the only added flavor in addition to the chicken and vegetables. I need more flavor!
Does anyone have any sauce recipes using only natural ingredients?
