    I’ve been on the progam for about 5 weeks now. I’ve lost 15 pounds, but have stagnated over the last week. Could I have hit a plateau already? What are the tricks/tips you have to get things going again?

    Hi, Jeff. Modifying your exercise plan to work new muscles and to combine strength-training with cardio is considered helpful.
