Ingredients

  1. 1 cup steel-cut oats
  2. ½ cup dark chocolate chips
  3. 2 ripe medium bananas

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F/175°C
  2. Mash bananas
  3. Stir in oats, then Chocolate chips
  4. Place on pan like cookies
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes

Usually makes 10 cookies. Great to eat hot or cold.
Refrigerate or freeze after cooling to extend shelf-life.

Serving size: 1 cookie
