    what exactly is wholegrain as opposed to wholemeal bread or supermarket bread with seeds in? I live in the UK so are weetabic Bran Flakes and shredded wheat ok?

    Hi, jacintahills. Wholemeal = whole grain. Weetabix bran flaks and shreeded wheat are excellent.
