    I am just getting ready to start week 1 and have been going through the menus and it talks about “herb sauce”, I couldn’t find a recipe in the recipes. Does anyone know what this is? How to get it?

    Hi, sandadawn. It is just a general term for any mixture of herbs with a carrier such as vegetable broth/stock or good oil such as olive.
