    While at home, I can follow this plan and have results. I travel all across the country by plane during most weeks and cant get the food I need while traveling. Help.

    Hi, PammerWC. No worries. Plenty of Clubmembers are in your spot. Do you eat mostly in restaurants, i.e. at the airport or are you in situations where you can buy food at least in convenience stores?
