    Day 1 Breakfast says 1 cup Oatmeal. Is instant oatmeal ok? Lunch says 1 cup of Pasta. Is this plain noodles or a cup of spaghetti, sauce and all? What is Herb Sauce? Do you have a substitue for 2 Figs? Can I have canned Tuna in place of Salmon? Do you have a substitute for Artichoke? What is Tahini? What is Persimmon? PLEASE ANSWER. Thank you.

    I wouldn’t use instant oatmeal. It’s been modified, processed & stripped of nutrients. Use whole grain oats, plain, and flavor it yourself (with fruit or something).
    As far as pasta, i only use whole grain pasta. Regular pasta uses white flour, which your body converts into sugar. For sauce, you can use regular tomato sauce (I use organic) and season it yourself.
    Herb sauce is pretty much herbs & spices. You can fancy it up with some plain yogurt or something else for a base. Just be careful about added sugars or processed stuff.
    Tahini is just ground sesame seeds (*like a paste).
    Persimmon is a fruit, comparable to a tomato.
