Hi All!
Another newbie here. The nutrition advice looks very well informed here. I was quite impressed. I think in my case blood sugar balance is key. It is definitely the only key I haven’t turned yet. I have no idea where to turn at this point. I am 4’6″ and gaining weight everyday. Today I had a banana, a spinach salad with lowfat yogart for dressing, about 10 grapes, a handful of peanuts and a cup of homemade split pea soup….homemade with just spices, veggies, no oils or butter. My greatest sin is 2% milk, a tablespoon of chocolate (good stuff…max of 3 grams of sugar) in my one cup of decaf a day. Something isn’t working. I walk an hour with my dog…..and workout about another 40 mintues…..everyday.
I’m hoping I can find some solutions here. Just trying to figure out how to navigate right now.
97 pounds in weight…..and that my friends is 12 pounds overweight……a lot when you are 4’6″.
Wish me luck!
