Thyroidless

    Hi ,
    I am new to TrimDown Club. I was a little apprehensive to join because I am thyroidless for 2 years now due to cancer. Have gained almost 20 pounds since surgery and haven’t been the same health wise.

    Anyway, I have been on a healthy eating plan for 4 years and have been very disappointed. I wasn’t sure if any kind of eating plan would make a difference for me.

    Are there any added tips from anyone for a thyroidless person? Any members out their Thyroidless? I didn’t know where to place this message so I put it in Nutrition.
