mermaid5MemberI am 2 weeks into diet, I am struggling. I find the combinations, a bit out of my comfort zone ie, brown rice with Brussels Sprouts? Also a lot of the measurements and foods are American, and I don\’t know the substitute here in the UK. I recieved e mails, regarding Bio Trust Nutrition, is this once again something to temp us when feeling low. I have not seen any reviews, which show this is of benefit, also it is very expensive. You do give lots of information, but when it comes to diet, I am struggling.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Mermaid5. I suggest you try the Menu Planner application – there you can select UK metric measurements, as well as the foods you like, instead of relying on readymade menus. Please do join Debbie’s group, and take your time getting used to things. I suggest you look at a UK source for the foods, and read something about them there – http://www.goodnessdirect.co.uk is great for this. You will find them in our UK shopping guide, among other sources (http://www.trimdownclub.com/where-to-buy-uk).
Regarding BioTrust, there is no pressure to buy anything there – the ads are just in response to the many Clubmembers who request direction in buying supplements, and this company has good science on its side.October 17, 2014 at 7:46 am #24001
