    Please include serving size in recipes you recommend. Also how much does a recipe make, i.e. 1/2 c, 1 cup, etc. Thanks you. Joe

    Hi, Frandick. Many of our recipes do have serving sizes, and our team is in the process of adding more, as well as exchanges per serving. Each recipe makes a different sized serving, but most are about 1 cup.
