Tagged: Kefir
My menu planner says 1 cup of Kefir, 0-2%. It has 0.5 carbs and 0.5 protein exchanges.
I found Lifeway 8 oz smoothie.
2g fat, 20g carbs, and 11g protein, 20g sugars.
Seems too sugary to be what the menu suggests. If I got the wrong thing, then what is the right thing.
Thanks,
Tom
Hi, tperazzo. It is indeed sugary (suggested by the word “smoothie” in the name). Lifeway also makes a plain version, and that’s what we would suggest.
