- ¼ banana
- 1 cup / 70 g kale
- 1 Tbsp. / 8 g chia seed
- ¼ cup / 57 ml almond milk
- 1 tsp. / 4½ ml flaxseed oil
- 1 Tbsp. / 9 g sunflower seed
- Water or ice (optional)
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Add water or ice as desired to adjust consistency.
