Ingredients

  1. 1 Tbsp. / 9 g blueberries
  2. 1 Tbsp. / 9 g strawberries
  3. 1 Tbsp. / 10 g mango
  4. ¼ banana
  5. 1 cup / 70 g kale
  6. 1 Tbsp. / 8 g chia seed
  7. ¼ cup / 57 ml almond milk
  8. 1 tsp. / 4½ ml flaxseed oil
  9. 1 Tbsp. / 9 g sunflower seed
  10. Water or ice (optional)

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Add water or ice as desired to adjust consistency.
