Is there any way we can have a list of foods, in their specific groups and the servings sizes opposed to having pre made menus? To be able to create our own menus, especially if you travel for work or are on vacation, would be a simpler way for most to go. Having pre made menus, doesn’t always work in a busy schedule. However, having a chart of how many proteins, carbs, fats, fruit, veg and dairy, would be extremely helpful as well..Would this be a possiblity?
