    Where is the information in the resources regarding how many carbs/proteins/fats you SHOULD have in a day? They ARE listed at the end of each recipe. Thanks

    Hi, Cherie. You can find that information by clicking on “Exchange mode” in the toolbar above your finished menu. Those exchanges (and the ones in the recipes) translate to those in this document – http://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists.

    I just started this program and I feel like I am eating a lot of carbs. When I go the exchange mode it says that a cup of strawberries have 0 carbs. But I think a cup of strawberries have about 11 carbs. Could you explain? Thank you!

    Hi, TDarla (and thanks, Debbie!). This program is actually fairly low-carb, about 40-45% of energy from carbohydrates, compared to 50-65% in usual diets.
