Just wondered if we could drink sparkling water at room temperature? instead of still water? Also how much weight is a serving of vegetables?
Thanks.
Hi, mel555. Sparkling water at room temperature is fine (just read the label to be sure there aren’t any added sugars or artificial preservatives). Some research suggests cold is more supportive of weight loss, but any water is still excellent.
Regarding vegetables, unfortunately each has its own weight associated with a serving. If you go with a general 80 grams, you really can’t go wrong.
