Chicken Stir-Fry: Great!

Ingredients
- 4 organic chicken thighs
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 small purple onion
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- ½ tsp. miso
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 cup organic brown rice, cooked
Directions
- Cut chicken, peppers, and onion into bite-sized pieces.
- In a medium pan, cook chicken in 1 Tbsp. of oil with garlic and miso over medium-high heat until brown.
- In a different pan, cook peppers and onion with remaining olive oil.
- When the peppers are tender, add the cabbage, and continue to cook on medium heat for 7 minutes.
- Add the chicken mixture to the pepper mixture, and serve over brown rice.

For newer recipes that have not yet been added into the system, you can use them to substitute for the main ingredient in your meal. You can also match up the exchanges visible at the end of each recipe and when you click on “Exchange mode” in the toolbar above your menu. It doesn’t need to be a perfect match to work.
again the carb, fat, protein is not listed and it says thigh meat, I only eat white meat of the chicken does that change to amount
