MemberI know this is not suppose to be about calories but the menus seem like a ton of food. How many calories for the sample menus?

MemberThis plan is not based on calories. It is based on the American diabetic Associations recommendations to keep your blood sugar level which enables most people to lose. Most of us are used to nearly starvation diets because we didn’t know the combinations of foods to maintain or lose in a healthy way. Just eat as much as you can out of every category on your menu and you’ll do fine.

MemberHi, Joyce. I apologize – I’m not sure I understand what you mean by “substitute food for equal amounts” as a solution to their being too much food. Can you explain a little more?
