I have never heard of stevia, or monkfruit sweetener, can you suggest an alternative, I am just starting my journey and want the right ingredients . Thanks Anne

More common items like unprocessed honey (no refined sugar added) and real maple syrup are OK as sweeteners, but they add up much faster than Stevia, monk fruit, and a few others you’ll see in the article.
