Hi All,
I see no mention of the ever so popular drink coffee. I drink it mostly with breakfast and sometimes as a snack. I don’t put sugar in it but before the trim down club I put coffee creamer. Obviously I can’t continue the creamer because it is a processed item but do you recommend any natural substitute.
Also, I have a slight allergy to Milk, I noticed that your recommended menus include a lot of it. Is there a different substitute, like Almond, soy or Rice milk. I only saw different kinds of Milk and not substitutes in the options.
Thanks so much!
Hi, damarisnortiz78. That’s because plain coffee is a “free” beverage, and so does not need to be accounted for in your menu. Non-dairy milks are great (many are in the Menu Planner lists, but in the Carbohydrate category), and they can be particularly good substitutes for creamer.
