I typicaly replace my breakfast with a fruit and vegetable juice I prepare in the morning. Is this ok
I prepare a fruit and vegetable smoothie for breakfast (spinach or kale, frozen banana or fresh banana, cucumbers, zucchini, etc.) and eat breakfast such as oatmeal with diced apples and cinnamon, egg white, nuts (cashews, almonds), peanut butter powder in my smoothie. This keeps me full longer.
Hi, jaab1529. The juice sounds great, but we would recommend to add a source of protein. Awilla’s suggestion is excellent.
