Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Donnamaddux. It would be a type with all-natural whole food ingredients. The following is an example: http://www.wholefoodsmarket.com/products/365-everyday-value-organic-whole-wheat-mini-pancakes. Note the ingredients list: ORGANIC WHEY (MILK), ORGANIC WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR, ORGANIC CANE SUGAR, ORGANIC EXPELLER PRESSED SOYBEAN OIL, LEAVENING (SODIUM BICARBONATE, SODIUM ACID PYROPHOSPHATE, MONOCALCIUM PHOSPHATE), ORGANIC VANILLA FLAVOR, SEA SALT, ORGANIC OAT FIBER, ORGANIC EGGS, ORGANIC SOY LECITHIN (EMULSIFIER).

LopouMemberHi, I am new to TDC and was wondering – when you give the ounces for meat portions, would this be fresh or frozen. I often buy fish in particular, frozen. Thanks.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Loupou. Either fresh or frozen – the Menu Planner has enough flexibility to account for the differences.
