Exactly what does the RAW in raw milk and raw cheese mean?
Raw dairy that is not vegan/vegetarian refers to products made from milk that has not been pasteurized or homogenized. It is believed that this better preserves the natural benefits of dairy. See here: http://www.realmilk.org
