I want to create my own menus not have one worked out for me as although I like tghe foods ticked I haven’t got them and cannot get to shops when needed. I do not eat processed food anyway and do my own cooking using olive oil I do not use buter/marg and use fresh ingredients (or frozen) when I can admittedly I will now be looking closer at labels. Can I create a menu that will suit my daily needs and not one already worked out
Hi, mags34. Absolutely! In your finished menu area, just click on the circular arrow icon to the upper right corner of each meal, and a menu-building feature will pop up where you can add whatever you wish according to the pattern that will meet your needs.
