carolcharlotteMemberHi
I find this diet confusing I don’t know if I made the menue my self or is it one they picked for me?I try switching out but don’t really like the choice for that particular meal .
I started 3 days ago but really haven’t followed what they suggested every time Maybe I did it wrong when I picked from the List? So confused.
Also how do I keep the trim club on my I pad ? I have to keep googling it every time ?

SupportKeymasterHi carolcharlotte,
To get to our website on your iPad, go to http://www.trimdownclub.com
After you login to the website, go to “Create a Menu”
To create a personal menu plan where you have the ability to choose your own foods, simply click on “START MENU PLANNER” (orange button to the right of the page). If you prefer to receive a pre-planned menu, simply click on “READY-TO-GO MENU”
No matter which one you decide to use, you will have the opportunity to switch out foods for other options.
Best 😉

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Jenni. If you have been on restrictive diets in the past, your metabolism may have slowed and may take a little while to get used to normal amounts of food again. If this is the case, adding or changing exercise can often provide a jump start – if you have been exercising, wake up new muscles or add some bursts of high intensity to “confuse” your muscles (for example, jog or run for 30 seconds for every 5 minutes of a regular walk). If this is not the case, please repost (with your height and current activity level), and I will work with you.
