In the following TDC recipe, is the flax Seed whole or milled? Or should I buy them whole and crush it before adding into the machine?
Ingredients
4 c. SWG flour
2 T olive oil
2 tsp. salt
3 T flax seed
3 T Demerara sugar
2 1/2 tsp (1 pkg) yeast
Directions
Follow order of ingredients due to your bread maker.

Hi, tperazzo. Always buy whole flaxseed! Grind them just before you add them to the recipe.
