Hi there, I have just joined this club and am wading through all of the info. Trying to plan a menu and a shopping list so that I can start off with a bang on Monday. I see that when it comes to milk I must drink a cup of milk. I do not like the taste of milk at all and the substitutes as well like buttermilk. I mean, how do you drink a cup of buttermilk?? What must I do with this cup of milk – can I add it to tea and coffee? Also when drinking tea and coffee must this be milk free as it is the only time that I will drink milk and that is with tea or coffee but in very small amounts. I will have milk with cereals though. So bottom line – what must I do with this cup of milk that I must drink??
