    First week they create menu for me. do I eateverything listed in each category?

    This program is a way of life based on healthy eating. It is best to eat all the food listed in your menu plan. Ease into it if you need to, but try not to cut back too much on quantity, or again, any weight loss will be followed by a rebound.
