    Since I signed up, I keep getting emails from: Joel Marion & Josh Bezoni, Founders, BioTrust Nutrition selling their products. What is the relationship, if any, between them and the Trim Down Club?

BioTrust Nutrition is one of the companies that we found to be reliable in terms of the quality of their products, and our recommendation is a response to the many members interested in guidance in selecting nutritional supplements. If you eat well, supplements are not necessarily a must-have, so if the offers aren’t relevant, there is of course no pressure to respond to them.

    Thanks for the reply. The dieting information I am getting from BioTrust is exactly opposite that from Trim Down club. For instance, BioTrust says it’s impossible to lose weight eating carbs! This was not the only instance that conflicts with Trim Down Club, so you can see how it can be confusing for those of us trying to follow Trim Down club guidelines.

    Hi, pmfitch. Thanks for the heads up. The average person does benefit from some carbs, and it’s certainly easier on a day-to-day basis to make good carb choices instead of cutting out all the related food groups.
