Hi, Bennycat. You can read more about SWG bread here: http://www.trimdownclub.com/what-is-swg-bread/. In the UK it is just called sprouted wheat (or other grain) bread, as you can see in this example: http://www.goodnessdirect.co.uk/cgi-local/frameset/detail/713205_Everfresh_Organic_Sprouted_Wheat_Bread_400g.html.
