    I didn’t print the free food list and now I can’t find it on the site. Please help.

    The following foods and beverages are very low in energy (calories), and so you can eat and drink as much of them as you want–assuming a certain level of reason, of course! Some, such as green tea, herbs, spices, and similar seasonings, add significant health benefits and so are encouraged.

    Seasoning blends
    Garlic
    Ginger
    Non-caloric sweeteners (Stevia, monk fruit, inulin)
    Vinegar
    Mustard
    Soy sauce
    Tamari sauce
    Worcestershire sauce
    Chili/Tabasco Sauce (no tomato, unsweetened)
    Liquid aminos
    Liquid smoke
    Yeast (Baker’s/Nutritional)
    Yeast Extract (Marmite/Vegemite)
    Pickles
    Pickle relish
    Water (unsweetened)
    Seltzer (unsweetned)
    Coffee (unsweetened)
    Coffee substitute (unsweetened)
    Tea (unsweetened)
