    Are Home Fries white potatoes? I searched for white potatoes in the menu options but could only find sweet potatoes. However, an option came up for Home Fries.

    Hi, pmfitch. Home fries can be either. If you are a diabetic, sweet potatoes are a better option, but if you prefer white, we suggest to eat them with the skin on (scrub well, of course!).
