Ingredients
- 1tsp olive oil
- 1/2c onions
- 1/2c. carrots
- 1/4c. whole brown basmati rice
- 1/3c. water
Directions
- Slightly fry onions in oil.
- Add carrots and rice.
- Fry slightly and add 1/3 cup water.
- Bring to a boil and finish cooking over low heat.
