I am one week in and have spent a signficant amount of time on the website and with the meal planner. I am struggling to complete an accurate menu that matches my lifestyle. I travel 2 to 3 times a month for two to three days at a time. Travel can be either car or airplane. I spend a lot of time in airports, and therefore am left with airport fare. I am with clients often for lunch, dinner, and all things that fall after dinner. I am a sweets guy, but stopped drinking all soda in 1997 and stopped smoking cigarettes in 1994. So I know I have willpower. I do not want to dismiss this program as I like the approach, but could use some guidance on meal plans that match my lifestyle. Thank you – kg
Hi, ckgrune. I suggest to make a menu that suits your life for most of the month. When you travel, use the menu pattern that you see when you click on “Exchange view” in the toolbar above your finished menu. When you travel, just fit foods into that pattern according to portion size – refer to this list here: http://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists.
