paxaquaMemberI don’t understand why all the beans everyday? Feel like a farting fool!
Also, if we can’t eat everything on the menu can we skip it? I don’t have enough breaks at work to eat all that stuff.January 24, 2015 at 9:13 pm #26231
buzycybillMemberI was also wondering what to do if I skip a snack. Is it important to eat all the food in the menu each day or do I just say “oh well” and stay on the plan. A couple of times I just wasn’t hungry and forgot to eat. (I never thought I would ever hear myself say that!!!)
By the way, I am on day 6, down 2 1/2 pounds and feeling SO much better all ready. For the first time in a long time I feel like there is hope!

Ossie-SharonMemberCongratulations, buzycybill! We wish you continued success and improving health 🙂 It is great that you are in tune with your hunger and satiety signals, and if you want to skip a snack here and there, that’s fine. Just ry to be sure to get in at least 5 total fruit+vegetable and 3 total calcium-rich food servings each day. If you find yourself getting too hungry toward the end of the day, then perhaps rethink it. Be well!

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, paxaqua. If beans don’t like you, no pressure to eat them or too much of them. I suggest perhaps trying the full Menu Planner application so you can pick and choose what you want, and avoid what doesn’t work for you. As for skipping items, that’s fine – as I told buzy below, just be sure to get plenty of produce and calcium.
