  1. Hi,
I’m slow to understand everything. There are so many infos.
I want to learn. I’m learning by doing.
That’s why have perhaps silly question
If I want choose for breakfast musli perhaps every 3 days and on the others like muffins. How do I get this in my weekly menu plan?
Thanks for every little idea. Christine

    • Hi, Christine. Just ease into everything, and go at your own pace. You don’t have to be perfect (especially not all at once), just do a little better than before, and it can up and become second nature.
I recommend you use the personal version of the Menu Planner application, and select muesli and various muffins for your breakfast – be sure to “favorite” these (click on the hearts). When you get your final menu and it doesn’t suit you, click on the item that you want to delete, and you will get a list of items that you can put in its place.
When you get a menu you like, you can repeat it as much as you like – or just repeat breakfasts.

  2. Not knowing what Psyllium was I had to look this up and found the following information:-

Psyllium seed husk consumption has noteworthy negative and positive attributes
Possible adverse reactions include allergic reactions, especially among those having had regular exposure to psyllium dust. Gastrointestinal tract obstruction may occur, especially for those with prior bowel surgeries or anatomic abnormalities, or if taken with inadequate amounts of water.

I THINK A NOTE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ATTACHED TO THIS RECIPE for those people who may have recently had surgery or have a particular allergy.
