In my menu for the week for lunch I am suppose to have salmon and veggie of choice then it says organic salad dressing and olive oil. Or maybe pesto sauce or something. Are you suppose to eat the dressing on your veggies and the olive oil on the salmon. Or how exactly do you eat a tsp of olive oil?
Sorry I also have another question. For breakfast you can have shredded wheat which I am guessing is the cereal? IF you choose that to swap out one day do you also need to change say the yogurt for the milk on top of the cereal or is the milk on top of the cereal assumed and added in, and you are suppose to eat a yogurt too? Thanks
Hi, ohforcute. You can combine and season those items however you like – pesto is a great idea for the olive oil. You can also use it to make a garlic sauce or just saute it.
Regarding Shredded Wheat – yes, it is a cereal. The milk is not included in there.
