Just wondering if anyone knows if the Harvest Grain & Nut pancakes at Waffle House are healthy or if they fall under the guidelines of the Trim Down Club. Also, if you know of other restaurants which offer healthy alternatives. Also, I can’t seem to get my question answered about where I can find the free spreads listed, and if my spaghetti sauce which I make adding Classico brand to it, is a good choice.
Correction to my previous submission: IHOP, not Waffle House.
Hi, nhhicks. They’re a great choice (considering they’re from a chain restaurant! Always a minefield). However, they are about twice what you need at a meal – so either share with someone (or take home the leftovers), or skip the next snack other than the fruit or vegetable.
