    Quick question. I have my own tunafish casarole recipe.
    Can of tuna white, shellfish pasta whole grain, with a bit of chesse sauce made with skim milk, fat free cheese and teaspon of flour.

    My version has a lot less items than the recipe posted, would it be considered acceptable.

    Hi, marigarc. That sounds great, though we would encourage you to use 2% or whole milk and regular cheese (the fat-free types generally have added ingredients that can work against your efforts here). Your cheese-tuna blend is actually idea that I would suggest you submit in the recipes section so everyone can enjoy it!

    Thanks for the response, I will add once I prepare. Quick question how many ounces of the Casserole would be considered appropriate for weight loss?
