The snacks between breakfast and lunch seem excessive, it is another whole meal. I know that they are balanced snacks to keep the glycemic index low, for example, my between breakfast and lunch snack is 1 egg, 1 slice of oat bread, 1 serving of free spread and 1 small grapefruit. That is more than I had for breakfast. What can be eliminated from that?
Hi, Sue. You can eliminate the bread and spread, unless you like those best – then you can eliminate the egg, but be sure your spread is high in protein.
