I have read that soya and soya products can affect hormones levels. I have soya milk and soya isoflavones tablets should I stop taking these products.
Hi, thinsharon. Everyone reacts differently to these things. If you like soy milk and it is organic or otherwise non-GMO, it’s fine. Soy isoflavone tablets are generally take to help with hormone balance after menopause. If this is not your aim, then perhaps it would be best to discontinue them. However, we would suggest you consult with your health care provider if you’re concerned.
