LittlebiggarMemberI was also looking for a list of firer foods to eat, condiments also. Insoooo am not computer friendly so I am still trying to get the hang of it. I find that I do not need all the snacks but again still trying to get into the habit. I need more guidance and support at times.

MindyRaisanenMemberIs there a way to incorporate the recipes they provide into the menu done for you? Or what are the recipes for if u just eat what is on your menu planner.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Mindy. Many of the recipes are in the Menu Planner lists – you can select them if you use the full Menu Planner application. For the recipes that are not there, you can just select something similar as a placeholder, then make the swap when it comes time to prep the meal. If you would like some help with specific recipes, please do repost.
