I am also having trouble navigating around the site. It seems every time I log in and browse around then go back to my menu, it’s changed! Where did the one I was following go? What am I doing that keeps building new menus?

I was having the same thing happen, but when I clicked on “ready to go” menu the one I was looking for popped up.

Followed the instruction above, and was generated a new menu for this week. Despite all of the confusion my first week, I’m down three pounds. I think im getting it finally. Thanks for the help.

    Hi There,
Well I just signed and its a little overwhelming!!

Do I have to go by the weekly menu they provide?
Some of those recipes I simply don’t have time to make in the mornings before work.
Can’t I just pick the foods i want . make my grocery list and go from there ?
    Thanks

Hi, angel36. Absolutely! The Menu Planner application (in “Apps” above, in case you haven’t already found it) has a tutorial, if you need it.

Having issues with the menu plan also. It takes a long time to plan the menu. Can you tell me how many calories are in the menu plan for 5 foot 3 in. 150 lbs? Also can you give me the number of fruits, meats, breads, vegetables, and oils allowed in one day? Can the lunches for each day be interchangeable if I find I don’t have that particular item that day?

Hi, Kjglendon. We don’t work with calories here, but to see your allotted portions based on your measurements, click on “Exchange view” in the toolbar above your finished menu. These exchanges correspond to the exchanges here – http://www.trimdownclub.com/exchanges-lists.
Please don’t stress about the amount of time it takes – it is just an initial investment at the beginning, and then it becomes quick, smooth, easy, and even second nature.
If you would like support from Clubmembers who are going through it and have been through it (and come out the other side happy), you may like our Groups (see the link in the upper right corner). The most popular is “Successful Beginnings,” but there are many others that you may find suit you.

    Hi again
    Can I have these things
    V8 juice
Pam cooking spray with olive oil
    Sugar snap peas

For breakfast I think I had a good start
1 cup of that Amazing Apple pie oatmeal (I found it in the recipes on here)I added 1/2 cup of blueberries
Can it be made also with unsweetened coconut milk, not a fan of almond milk.
1/2 cup cottage cheese and 2 tall glasses of lemon water with fresh lemons.
I’ve got yogurt packed with an orange for my mid morning snack
and a egg salad (your recipe again)sandwich on pumpernickel bread with fresh vegs for my lunch already packed.

    I’m so excited about this.
    Have a Great day 🙂

Hi, Angel. You are indeed off to a great start!! V8 and sugar-snap peas are great (just note that V8 has quite a bit of sodium). Pam we’re not as crazy about because of the butane – if you can use an oil mister instead, it really isn’t that much oil, and so much better for you.
