I have been on this plan for 3 weeks without much results. I know we eat out at least once a week. I have laid off the real sweets and chips, but the weight is still not coming off. Maybe this plan is just not going to work for me. I can loose a little but when I eat out that just puts the scales back to the beginning. Maybe I am just not dedicated enough. Any suggestions? (Besides don’t go out to eat.)
Hi, Shirley. I noticed that your weight is quite close to normal, and it is usually more difficult to lose at that point. It is important that you stay physically active, even if it is just walking in place in front of the television for the length of a half-hour show. This isn’t as much about burning calories as it is about priming your body to burn fat.
You can also try putting 146 pounds as your weight, and it will drop your food pattern so you will get a little less food, while still meeting your nutritional needs.
