    I have been using TDC since 10/28/14 and feel great! I am avoiding processed foods but find that sometimes I lack the time needed to prepare meals. I have found the Amy’s brand of frozen meals and am wondering if they are a healthy alternative when I am in need of a quick meal. On the surface they appear to be organic, vegetarian and without GMO. Any feedback would be appreciated.
