Tagged: cold cuts or lunch meat?
Okay, so I keep noticing that in the menu, cold cuts comes up….however, I thought all cold cuts or lunchmeat was not good! There are times where lunchmeat or cold cuts would be convenient in my house so I am curious as to what to look for and what is the best in this category…. Thanks
Hi, bntnemenz. We refer to cold cuts as sliced fresh roast beef or poultry, etc. If you would like to keep some on hand for convenience, you can either prepare them in advance and freeze amounts for weekly use, or get types at the store with minimal additives, uncured if possible.
