In the brown banana bread recipe it calls for 3oz & 1.20oz of the flours. What does that translate into with cups??? I reached & it says there is 3.5 oz in a cup so I’m assuming the 3oz would be a little under????? What about this 1.20oz of q. Flour. That equates to be way to much so now I’m confused & have a a bowl full of very expensive flours that I don’t I’ve measured correctly. PLEASE HELP!!!
Never mind. I’ve figured it out & the bread came out PERFECTLY!!!!
I think that this web-site is difficult to operate. I was on Weight Watchers and their site is much more user friendly. Anyway where did you find the brown banana bread recipe? I have searched the recipe site and cannot find it.
Baby weight, I printed the whole cookbook & it’s in there.
