lisarudlaffMemberI want to get my husband started but don’t know how to sync our plans/menus?

SupportKeymasterHi lisarudlaff,
The menu planner is connected to your specific dietary needs and profile. Sharing the program is not optimal, but it can be done. To share the program, each household member will have to individually update the user profile every time they use the program, so the apps work. We find most customers prefer having individual accounts, but you are more than welcome to share.
Best 😉

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Lisa. That’s great! If you give me your husband’s age, height, weight, and general activity level, and whether he wants to lose or maintain weight, I can post here how much he may need relative to your amounts.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, Joy. It looks like on her most active days she needs about 50% more than what you are eating now, and on not-so-active days about 25% more.

Thank you!

sabrohammMemberMy husband weighs 190, he is 5’11 tall. He does weights 3 days a week, rides 10 miles on stationary bike 2 days a week. Moderate activity otherwise. Right now he is eating what I cook, which is partly plan, but would be nice to know what his portions would be on the plan. Thank you!
