deborahbruceMemberSensitivity to a long list of foods leaves a short list to eat. I have to eliminate dairy, gluten, grains, beans, nightshade family from tomatoes to peppers to potatoes. Also if I eat after 1pm then I feel quite toxic the next morning, puffy with severe joint pain. I don’t think I am a very good fit for your group.

Ossie-SharonMemberHi, DeborahBruce. There is actually a lot of flexibility in the program. First, if you are not already doing so, I recommend that you use the full Menu Planner application (link in “Apps” above) to get personalized menus based on your food choices. This way you can avoid what you don’t want – you can even get a head start by noting in your profile what you want to eliminate, in the lower right corner.
Second, I would be happy to work with you on managing your plan to prevent your “morning after” difficulties. Are you being followed by a health care professional? Do you have a specific diagnosis other than food allergies? How long have you been dealing with these issues?February 26, 2015 at 10:57 pm #27469
deborahbruceMemberHi: Thanks for responding. I’ve had this for 30 years and I never found any help except the low histamine tolerance group on FB. I tried getting a diagnosis but no luck. Looked for parasites,etc. Will try your suggestion.
