I am a new member and trying to take in all the info for this plan. Are there any key thought to keep in mind for easily following this plan? I’m needing to go to the market but am overwhelmed with all the items on my list that may be hard to find. The recipes seem to be so complex. Am i making too much of this??
Hi, Chatfield58, and welcome. The most important thing for starting is to just ease into the program. Try making small changes, and they will add up. There is lots of great information in the main Program Guide and Quick Start Guide in “My Downloads” (upper right corner of this page), as well as in the articles, which are searchable and discuss many of the foods.
If you enter the menu-building Menu Planner application (link in “Apps” above), you will be able to select whichever foods you want, and gradually make upgrades and try new things.
As for the recipes, you can find the simpler ones by typing any of the following terms in the “Search” box in the “Recipes” section: “simple,” “easy,” “basic,” “homemade,” etc.
